Thanks, started at 97kgs on 22 November. Long road ahead. Trying to limit carbs, but not easy. This is about the best site I have found so far.

my favourite breakfast for years now is just loaded with carbs. Rolled oats, warm milk and a few raisins. Time to ditch it?
