I was good up until the last two months or so. I've been gaining and losing and staying between 175 and 180. The last month, I have been sick. Somehow, I am pushing 190. This morning it was 189.something. I refuse to see 190 again. I'm switching to THM (Trim Healthy Momma). It's similar to the OWL phase of Atkins, but is more generous with healthy carb intake.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
