I totally got off track this past weekend and I was in a serious funk all day. I thought my fiancee was getting a bit resentful towards me and my diet plan because it does often restrict what I can have for dinner, and I had a mini meltdown at work this morning. I got back on track with eating healthier foods today and I (literally) dragged my butt to the gym tonight. Upon leaving I was hungry and grumpy and tired and just plain not feeling the whole working out thing. Once I got moving I felt a million times better and actually came home with a bounce in my step :) I had a lot stronger work out than I expected, and it was better than I had been doing overall. I felt like I could have kept going but I didn't want to push it too far so I have energy to do it again tomorrow instead of super sore muscles. Maybe I'll be able to make some progress this week yet!
