At last, normal ankles and calves. I was sick with a very weird G.I. infection last week. I had massive amounts of gas and everything I ate turned to liquid diarrhea. I finally called Dr Duncan on day six. She couldn't identify the problem, insisted on a Covid PCR test, and recommended I only use Gasex and not Imodium. I had my last bout of diarrhea just before speaking to her and the gas dissipated over the next 24 hrs. I told Dr Duncan that she scared the bug away. lol I had been unable to attend the exercise classes last week but was back on target this week. I am so glad to be able to attend this class. I can feel a tremendous difference in my strength and muscle tone. I have much better bladder control since I started this program. I actually walked around the yard using two canes last night. I want to be closer to normal as I progress with this. Rick is instrumental in my ability to attend as he drives me to every class, despite feeling unwell himself. I hope that he gets the health he needs in order to get back to a reasonable quality of life.
