I started and fizzled fast, now more determined and have a better mind set then I ever had before. Actually got alot of encouragement from fellow cruise aholics on cruisecritic.com. Decided to set a walking goal before our September cruise, which is to walk to the ship before we sail so I need to walk at least 297 miles to get me to Miami. I think this is attainable only 2.9 miles a day. I also have a bet with my sister on who will loose more the looser cooks Sunday dinner not a bad thing it will be the bragging rights that keep us on track. DH bought me a new scale it is digital so there is no fudging the numbers. I am trying to keep my self very accountable. Weaning myself from diet soda too!
