Well no migraine today! Was very cranky last night and truly blame it all on the carb detox!! LOL!! Today was a test. Had to put on an "employee appreciation" lunch for work and they wanted Pizza and soda so not only did I have to drive with 30 pizza's in back of my car but also set it all up! And while they dove right in I really and truly enjoyed my salad with all the fixins! I was very excited that it wasn't such a "challenge" Anyone please look at my food for the day and let me know what I need to tweak! Also where do you enter my water intake?

I think you have done very well. If you can though, you might want to increase your cals a little. Try getting them closer to 1500. The best way to increase your cals without affecting your carbs is the addition of fat (butter, real mayo, and oil). And you can enter your water per meal like you did or I sometimes just put the total under snacks. Whereever it will be the easiest for you to see. :)

Had a staff meeting at work on Tuesday. Same story. Big bbq beef sandwiches, chips, soda. I couldn't even just do the meat because of the bbq sauce. But it really wasn't much of a struggle to not eat any of it. Good for you with the pizza.
