If I can't find a food listed, how do I enter it and the nutrition info on my food journal ?

If you do a search for the food, at the bottom right corner you'll see a link to "add a new item". If you can't spot it, I can forward you the link.

I figured it out easy enough. You'll see at the bottom when yousearch for a food a link that says "add a food" if you've got the information in front of you it really helps. Another thing to be aware of is that the foods found entered may not match the package in front of you. You do have the ability to edit those in most cases. Have fun and happy journal keeping.

I found creating a custom food item has worked for me because it gives me piece of mind that I am factoring in the correct nutrients. But for the most part many of the foods in the Database are correct.
