This is Day 5, and I'm feeling a little frustrated because I have not seen a change in my weight since Monday. I seem to remember seeing at least a 1/4 of a pound change every day or every other day when I followed the program for the first time 5 years ago. Dieting/changing my eating habits is so hard. I love to cook and bake so it's frustrating to deprive myself of the things I love and see no change. Hopefully, I will see something tomorrow. I was really hoping for 8-10 pounds within the first 2 weeks in time for Colin's christening
