I am so happy to be seeing this number again. After dipping to 166 from my year long plateau of 170 I bounced up and hit 181. Ugh. Not sure why, except that carbs and portions had crept up over the holidays.
Now using FatSecret, I’m aware of my food code text and it’s helped guide us into making some excellent changes and choices.
I should hit some new goals before my trip to Hawaii in July!
176.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
