Going into week 2 decently strong with healthy eating. Got off track a litte on sunday. Pray for me over these holidays. If I can just stay the same with no gains over the Christmas break it be perfect. But thats easier said than done when it comes to grean bean cassserole and mashed potatoes. just saying lol
