I probably shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but I find it's the one thing that keeps me on track and from cheating. This morning my weight is the same as it was yesterday, but that's better than being up!

It helps that Michael is committed to losing weight as well, but he is following a different plan. He modifies what I make by adding starchy veggies, fruit or a piece of bread.

I've invited Trish to be a part of this too. She'll follow Weight Watchers, but that's the great thing about this site! We can keep each other accountable, support each other and follow our own plan!
