Trying to go low-carb, but as a poor student getting enough protein is expensive! Hopefully just limiting my calories and exercising will give some results for now, then when I'm back at home (free food!) I can up my protein intake for better/faster results.

Did some HIIT today, and I say some because I was too exhausted to do much! I tried to do a 30/30 sprint/jog but I had to elongate my jogging sections because I would have thrown up otherwise. All in all only managed 3x30 second sprints, but next time my aim is for 4x30. Gonna be harrrrrd, but good.

I've also started weight training, I only have 2kg dumbbells atm but I'll upgrade to 5kg when I'm feeling stronger. My main goal is to have toned arms so I'm really working on this! I'm lifting 3x a week, following a routine on Tone it up! (youtube).
