I'm amazed that eating semi clean for a few days and at what watching your carbs and calories will do. At the beginning I literally felt like death but just in my 6th day of doing better I don't feel sluggish at all. I've held myself to only consuming water for hydration the past 6 days and that is a rather large feat for this guy who is the energy drink king. Anyways I'm excited for what's in store for me. I'm so motivated to do better. My next weigh in is going to be this Monday morning, WISH ME LUCK. thanks for all the support.
