Not a bad start. Now I just need to keep it going. Next challenge will be a trip to California for 10 days with my family's great cooking. Mediterranean Diet is not going to happen. Hope activity goes up and I maintain portion control.
288.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
