Yesterday, IF, 97 protein, 138 fat, 45 carbs, chicken sandwich on keto bread, Hilo chips, olives, sub in a bowl, fat bomb, pickles
153.4 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
