What a great morning! Got my grade for the semester...A! I'm so glad it was worth that 20 pounds I have gained since August. LOL.
I'm on track now! At least until vacation...and next semester. Eating has been on track all week. Last night I did get late night munchies and ate a bowl of cereal. Seriously, no nutritional value. I get it. But it still left me under 1100 calories for the day. Felt a little guilty because I also missed Zumba last night, but I enjoyed spending some quality time watching movies with my daughter. I tried a Tabata class on Tuesday. My theory on why it works for weight loss: your arms are so sore afterwards that you cannot lift food to your face. Of course, the soreness had dissipated by last night around the time I decided cereal would be a good idea.
