At this point I am about 1/3 through my cut (think I've lost around 3 kg so far).

I've been experimenting with a high fat diet, which have worked out pretty well.
The extra fat have caused A LOT less hunger, although I need my carbs since I Don't like working out while being in ketosis.

So I've tried incorporating more fat in my diet, and so far it have worked well, energy levels are doing better. And I am progressing strength wise in the gym.

I would estimate that I will have the same amount of visible abbs in 1-2 kgs as I did at 68 kg. So looks like I packed on quite a decent amount of muscle!

Can't wait for bulking to start again, which I plan to about around June first or within the first 2 weeks of June. Need to be shredded first (aprox 6-7 % body fat).
