Today I ate a perfect 100% of my calories without even trying. And I ate 2 hotdogs - unplanned deviation - for lunch! I can do this!
Oh, wait... I ate a muffin I forgot about. And I'll probably have a little something sweet for dessert... But I'm still chalking today up to the "win" column!
