Today is my birthday and I am up almost a pound none too happy about that. But I am dealing with it and moving on. I am planning on treating myself to an apple cooked in butter and cinnamon. It is a lot of carbs but it is much less than birthday cake. My wonderful husband gave me a beautiful Hallmark card and the dvd "Tammy". My youngest daughter gave me a HUGE poinsettia and a nice card. I really am a lucky girl.
