well so far I finished 9 weeks of Body Beast the build phase and the bulk phase now comes 3 weeks of the beast phase... totals so far lost 50 pounds gained 15 pounds of lean muscle (((that you can actually see))now this is a lean phase more cardio will see how I do..BUT I WILL BE DOING THIS AGAIN
