Today is the day I decided I had to do something. It's not the first day of the new life as for lunch I was at the restaurant for Grandpa's birthday and definitly I ate too much and I didn't trained at all.
Tomorrow - the 9th of december 2014 - will be the first day of my new life. No more excuses, even if it's for work. It's really time to do something. I got the sensation it will be hard. Two simple rules: - bad food + training
