I'm back, baby! Here are my goals:

1. vitamins every morning
2. 12 glasses of water per day
3. 5 fruits/veggies per day
4. no soda or fried food
5. one dessert per week
6. 4 workouts per week, including at least:
3 yoga classes
90 minutes on the elliptical

If I can keep this up for a month, I'll feel like a million bucks =)

Also, today's my 8-month anniversary of being smoke-free. I haven't even cheated once. Woot! I can do anything!
