A showery Morning. I'm weighing in a day early, because tonight I have a BIG retirement pary to attend and I'm sure I won't behave with my food choices. I'll make up for it tomorrow. I've been doing well with my exercising. Along with my exercycle I have a health rider I've been using. My Low Carb way of eating is going well overall!!!
