Today's workout was harder to get through than any I've had in the past month or two and I didn't do anything all that challenging. I did cardio at the same speed and resistance I was successful at on Saturday, for less time, but today it KILLED me. I barely made it through and felt like I was going to vomit when it was over. I've been gradually bumping up my time/resistance/speed based on 2 days of success at a level and the system has been doing well so far. I didn't feel like going today, so I have to keep telling myself that making it at all was better than taking another day off.

I've been really close to giving up this week. I've been hormonal, unexpectedly so, and hungrier than I had been, and its just been hard. I'm trying to keep motivated by the success I've had so far. I do feel like I look thinner and I had been feeling better overall. I guess I've just hit a hard patch . I also don't think I've drank enough water today which doesn't help any.

Tomorrow is another day, I just have to keep pushing through! (The line on my graph does look awesome :) )
