Thank you everyone, for your support. I am an emotional eater, maybe some do think it's an excuse to eat, it may well be that's the case with me. I don't mind criticism and advice but they were pretty mean yest and dispite the crap I got from them it's ironic they are doing worse than me 😜

I am an emtional eater too, cant believe people are falling out on this site. Supporting each other should be what its about, dont engage with people who are negative and just ignore comments you dont agree with. More important things to put your energy into . Just saying ....

Everyone has their depressed moments, I have too, everyone comfort eats at some point in their lives I reckon. I suppose the work around would be, in case of a comfort eating moment, what healthier option could you change to, that you would still enjoy?
