Well, I am in a much better mood today than compared to this time yesterday. I was able to stay on plan without getting discouraged or giving up. Plus, I stayed within my NC and RDI limits. I should've eaten some more veggies today though. But it was hard because I had no veggies to pack for lunch. I will have to make up for it tomorrow.
Probably the best accomplishments of the day though were being able to NOT eat any Atkins bars/shakes and not consuming any artificial sweeteners. Instead of having an Atkins dessert I made a huge mug of caffeine free apple cinnamon herbal tea. I really wanted some sugar free jello, but it still has a couple more hours to set in the fridge. Looks like I'll have some for tomorrow though.
Overall, feeling much more optimistic. :)
PS - This community really helped me through my funk yesterday. I couldn't have done it without everyone.
