:( Basically hit the reset button on all my hard work. But I know if i was able to do it before, I will be able to do it again. Goal this time is to drop below 200 LBS and stay healthy. I injured my neck and gained all my weight back.
230.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
