Happy Monday!
Wow! Thanksgiving week/weekend was MUCH harder than I expected. I didn't stick to my lifestyle change like I planned. I am back on track this morning and will see how my choices affected my weight at my regular weigh-in on Friday.
I have a really busy week planned. Lots of housework/laundry to do as well as Christmas decorating and shopping, and I said I would set and decorate two tables at church for the annual Ladies Tea on the evenings of 12/2 and 12/4.
I'm off to conquer my to-do list...Make your Monday manageable!
