Thanksgiving was pretty much a success. I only went over my NC by about 3. For this week my average caloric intake was right under 1800, which is the top of where I need to be. The only thing I am really still struggling with is the artificial sweeteners. They are so addicting! It's so weird to me to not be able to drink so much zero carb stuff like Diet Coke and Crystal Light. But, I have to be strong so I can keep losing weight. When I do my weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning, I will see what the verdict is on the usage of the artificial sweeteners. I went over on them about 3 days this week, so I really hope that my weight loss hasn't been stalled by them.
Well, weigh-in day is tomorrow. I guess I will have to see how my Thanksgiving week played out. I have really been struggling this week with 'feeling' like I'm not losing weight. I think it's because I lost so much in the beginning, so it feels like I'm going nowhere right now because my pants don't feel loser and my belt hasn't moved...
I wish the Low-Carb group was a little more active. I'm really wanting to connect with some fellow low-carbers...
