Ugh. I've had a bad week. I have not monitored my diet at all, barely worked out. I stepped on the scale this morning and I was right back at 224. 7 damn pounds in 4 days? This is ridiculous.
I'm not going to let this happen again. I've been too good to myself and come too far to let this get in the way! 200 lbs, here I come :)
