Happy Black Friday Everyone!!! If you're like me, you've stayed home away from the crowds and sulking over your weight from yesterday lol!! I posted my weekly avg. This week, as my actual weight today was 131.6#,up from 127.8 yesterday. went out for yesterday's dinner, and did watch what I ate, came in under my RDI, but I always seem to gain after eating out, probably the salt,preservatives, etc. but nonetheless go on starvation mode today even tho I'm still within my range!. This was the first yr I didn't eat Turkey!! steak instead.. lol have a great weekend!
