Round two???? I hope through dailey workouts and excerise along with a proper diet, i can achieve my goal. Short term, I would like to loose 10 lbs in a month. ???? I mean, 2.5lbs a week is not bad. May take more water and plenty of sweat. My wife is doing it with me again. I believe I let her down the last time.
