I told myself that I wasn't going to step on the scale this morning, but curiosity over how my eating yesterday affected my weight got the better of my and to my shock I didn't gain, I didn't maintain, but I actually a tiny amount. The only things I didn't eat yesterday were the snacks, chips, chex mix, etc. and a glass of wine. I had everything prepared for dinner, just in moderation and I even overindulged in the Skinny Pop last night. Happy morning.
