Well 6 days sober.. 6 days of following my diet and counting every calorie that goes into my body.. So far so good.. I'm so wanting to get on the scale but fear ill only disappoint myself.. So I'm going to force myself till friday.. I pray daily for god to give me the strength and drive to accomplish my goals.. I can only control today.. And today I didn't drink and I stuck to my diet!!
