Re-starting Atkins. Or just plain ol' watching my net carbs.

Have gained weight while I was gone from Atkins. Lots!

Goal 1 - To fit into my bathing suit again.

Goal 2 - When I can fit into my bathing suit, Go to the athletic club with my cousin Bill and paddle around in the pool. (I don't seem to be able to learn to swim. Mostly due to light head when floating.) But I do walking and arm movements in the 1/2 Olympic swimming pool, holding onto the side for balance.
I can't walk for exercise due to health impairments, like I used to. I really walked lots when I was on Atkins before.

Goal 3 - Eat healthy foods, and keep an eye on my net carbs, on Fat Secret.

My Cousin lost 50 pounds on his Diabetic Diet (Which is similar to Atkins), and is supporting my eating.

Photo of meeting my previous goal. Current Goal 4 is 150 pounds.

Goal 5 is slowing achieving 150 pounds.

Goal6 is to keep myself looking good and well groomed. ps I now have shoulder length grey hair.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
