I was checking out the food list in more detail and some of the items are correct but they add in certain ingrediants for preparation that I dont use like my meatloaf is only seasoned with herbs and spices, no eggs, bread or crackers and my spices are low or no sodium. So I wont panic, I will just just use the chart as a guideline. I have been preparing my meals kind of under the guide of between Michael Thurman and Dr Ian.. I have take a little bit from a few of the diet plans to create a guideline and foundation that has been working well. Today was successful!
