Loving the results I am getting now that I'm 2.5 weeks into the program. I was getting discouraged by the number on the scale but knew that I was losing inches so that kept me motivated. Haven't worked out in two days because of discomfort in my left knee and groin, but feeling a lot better and I'm soooo ready to get back into it tomorrow. Hope I can last longer than the usual 3 weeks that I normally stick with programs. Wish me luck.
