So another day of feeling a little crappy... But still doin well... Made it to the gym and still got my 2 miles in... Had a huge salad full of veggies for lunch but some went uneaten... Its ok bc had a nice eggwhite omelette from the caf omelette station so I'm good. Still a little low in the Cals but my appetite isn't doing so great. Oh well... One more night of rest and nyquil and hope to be back to normal...
Not sure how my weight loss will pan out this week with missing two days of runs and being sick.. But I'm going to keep truckin... Great day FS!
