I am totally discouraged with Atkins. It is becomming tedious, I want some bread and Pasta and other normal foods. I am tired of eggs and Veggies. I enjoy them but its too much. I am switching to Weight Watchers to see if it will work better.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
