I had a bad day yesterday. I was talked into eating out for lunch, which lead to a 900 cal lunch. Then dinner I made the mistake of not having a plan, which lead to another caloric mistake, not to mention the carbs. The key to success is having a plan, a definitive plan.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 November 2014:

The cool thing is that "weightloss wagon" isn't very high off the ground. We can always climb back on. You've already done great things on your quest to a healthier you. Keep it up! Dennis
