Im happy with my weight results..I told my doctor I was losing weight, but very little at a time..She told me slow and steady weight lose is harder to put back on..
Sooooo even though I would love to see results like 3-5lbs loss a week..I am happy with my "slow and steady" weight loss..
To all my Fat Secret buddies, CONGRATULATIONS on all the success you guys are having!!..Each and everyone of you are an inspiration to me and keep me motivated..I look forward to reading your journals each day to motivate myself..

Look at your downhill slope!!! It looks fantastic - and your doctor is right - a 3-5 pound loss usually yo-yos back up - you are doing great!!
