Easter weekend in Concan was not good as far as my diet was concerned. 5 pounds in a week. I will get that water weight off in no time and back on track. I won't meet my 185 goal for April but adjustments will be made to correct the mistakes. Even though I ate horribly, I was very active over the weekend. Looking forward to moving back into my routines!
