Well, it's been quite awhile since my last weigh in, which sucks, but i'm still on the right path! Basically, as i've said before, i get off track when my friend comes around and we just pig out like crazy. There's basically no stopping us. Then it takes a week or two to get back to where i was, and then he comes again (which i have to say that i love, i totally love hanging out with him, i just hate that we eat a lot). Haha, it's a vicious cycle and i need to figure out how to stay on track when he's here, because it's a waste of time to spend weeks getting back to where i was. It's not hard to get back on track of eating right after he leaves and we always go on at least one long walk while he's here, but the food just keeps coming. :)

Anyway, i'm happy to say that i'm at my new lowest weight in YEARS! I would say it's been at least 4.5 years since i've been at this weight and it feels great. I know that i've said that Onederland is on the horizon for months now, but i can truly taste it now.

I've been jogging twice this week and went to a pilates class last week. I plan to keep on the work-out schedule a lot more than i have lately because it truly does make me feel better and it's seriously ONE stinkin' hour out of my day. I should be able to do that!! :)

So i'm still on track. Looking back it has been a little over 4 months since i started REALLY eating healthy and that's not a long time in the grand scheme of things. 4 months and down 22 pounds. That's certainly nothing to complain about and this seriously has become my new lifestyle. Though i get off track sometimes and eat like a maniac, i would say that at least 80% of my time is spent eating well. This is a huge accomplishment and something i don't know that i've EVER been able to say to myself. I always give up after a week or two (at the most), and then i'm right back where i was. I truly think (know) this will work this time.

Thanks for all the encouragement. This website gets a lot of credit for how far i've come....
203.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awww, thank you!! :) It feels like it's taking forever, but in the big scheme of things (life), i suppose it really isn't that long! You're doing great too btw! We are all so lucky to have you here on the msg boards to keep us truckin'. I am so impressed with your dedication and thoughtfulness.
