I was a little disappointed when I weighed myself today, but I did eat terribly and I have been eating after 8pm. I figure that when I start exercising a bit more, I'll shed more weight. I bought myself a jump rope today, now to just get a kettle bell and some 8 or 10lb dumbbells.
