Losing weight would normally be good, unfortunately this weight loss is due to loss of muscle haven't worked out in 12 days. I had shoulder replacement surgery "ream and run" on Feb 25th and somewhat surprised I would be closer to my goal. Again this is likely due to loss of muscle. Can't wait till I get back to the gym 5 weeks from now.
