Do a fast if you can! 36-48 hours...
If you have to have food to keep a medical condition under control, then do a drastic drop in calories for a couple days and see what happens...??

Fasting is my go- to for busting a plateau. It used to be working out super hardcore but fasting is probably more effective and def gentler on my body. Read Dr. Jason Fungs book or watch his YouTube vids.

Whenever I get late into my 12 week cut, I’ll incorporate more walking (ie 15 to 20K steps per day). But I make sure to keep my caloric intake at 13kcal per pound of current body weight (ie 13x157 lbs=~2040 kcal/day) and maintaining protein at 1g per pound of current body weight (ie 157g). Wouldn’t recommend anything more strenuous (ie jogging, HITT, biking) as this tends to make me break down more muscle. Keep grinding though. You’re almost there! 💪

I respect the other people who responded. I just can't do the longer fasts. My answer is the opposite. I up my calories by 2-300 per day for 2-3 days, no more than 3 days. Then I drop back to my loss calorie level. It seems to trick my body out of the conservation / starvation mode. Then the weight starts dropping again. Blessings on your journey! You have done amazing things!
