If your diet calendar is accurate, it doesn't look like you're eating enough calories (or points). I was on WW for 11 months and reached my goal (about 44 pounds lost) and one thing I learned was that if I saved points or cut back on them, particularly when I increased my exercise, I tended to stall. I usually ate every single point allotted to me each week, including the weekly bonus points (or whatever they're called) and also drank water religiously. Increasing fiber can often break a stall as well.

Hi Narfbert - First off, nice job on losing 34lbs! I looked through your diet calendar and, if it's accurate, your getting a lot of sodium. I know for me (and everyone is different!) if i get more than 2500mg of sodium per day I gain water weight. I think the recommended amount per day is under 2000. Even the low cal/fat choices at restaurants are very high in sodium. Maybe you could try to lower your sodium intake and see what happens?

Thank you Jackied510 And monakelly for thaking the time to talk to me I will have to try both of your suggestion, the reason I was not eating all my points was because I am restricked as far as exersizing goes, I do use the pool as much as I can but the pool is an outside pool so weather premitted it's great, at the YMCA. now that summer is almost here things will change.
