I am on 10th day Induction. I have followed it almost 100%. A couple of days I had to eat a tablespoon of peanut butter (blood sugar issues) but other than that, I have done well. I just don't get the fiber because I can't eat most of the leafy green veggies. I do get 12g of carbs from veggies though. I just wanted to try another two weeks of Induction...to make it a month on Induction. I lost 12 pounds in 8 days but since haven't seen any more weight loss...We'll see what the next two weeks looks like :)

Today though I am having a little trouble with the same ole foods...
The only Induction Foods I eat are: lettuce, green beans, peas, onions, green olives, tuna, beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, eggs, chicken, ham, and pork. Theres not that many different things you can do with those foods, lol...Thats all I can think of at the moment. BUT, I did stick with it and ate another beef steak with green beans. I also use some italian dressing, mayo, olive oil, and butter...With the challenge starting tomorrow, I'm sure that'll inspire me to enjoy these foods more the next 2 weeks. I like a challenge!!
