Getting out of the stuck
last week was really frustrating because I felt my body was stuck, and I searched and search about that, so last tuesday I began doing the changes, I increased the time of workout and I also changed a bit the diet and it worked, this week I only lost 1 pound but that means a lot for me and I reduced 1cm on my waist, thigh and hips, so this week will keep rotating exercises and see how it goes. have a great Sunday everyone!
