@Honey2016 not 1 kg but approximately 1.5 - 3 kg. I don't update my weight journal frequently🥲 and i am losing very slowly too..

@Honey2016 no i am not following omad diet. Actually I don't even follow any diet , i just avoid sweets and fried things ( i still eat them occasionally). I only eat homemade foods and instead of white rice i eat sama rice or barnyard millet. Speaking from my experience If u are a beginner then u can loose a lot of weight by avoiding unhealthy snacks , fast food etc. Just eat healthy and tasty homemade foods 😋. And most importantly work out regularly ( 3-5 days a week ). Hope this helps 😊😊
